Fall Intro Package at Hudson Valley CrossFit

Fall: the season of change.

At Hudson Valley CrossFit, we have been changing lives since 2007. We are the first and oldest Affiliated CrossFit Gym in the Hudson Valley, from Albany to NYC.

We would like to invite you to join us in making the changes you are looking for: better health, improved energy…to look better naked (let’s be honest). Whatever it is you are looking to achieve, we can help you do so at HVCF.

Our 3 month introductory package is $200 and includes a complimentary 4-class On-Ramp course which will help ease you into regular CrossFit classes. Some of the topics and instruction include:

  • How to safely lift weights (traditional and Olympic)
  • Proper technique for bodyweight movements, such as: pushups, pullups, squats, situps, and so on…
  • Scaling workouts as needed
  • Benefits of proper nutrition
  • Importance of setting and tracking goals
  • And much more!

Starting Tuesday, September 30th we will offer On-Ramp classes throughout the week and can work with your schedule as needed. We look forward to helping you reach your fitness goals real soon!
